I know what it's like to have no clue where to start. I ended up spending hundreds of hours researching and countless nights of staying up until 3 or 4am trying to figure everything out on my own because there was no blueprint. I couldn't find a single coach in my field that was willing to mentor me in the beginning. Almost all of the knowledge that I've acquired is self taught. Once the money started rolling in, then I was able to to find a core group of other extremely successful entrepreneurs and we just shared information amongst each other. I also spent money on trainings and to be honest, there was only 1 that was well worth the money.

Needless to say, you can certainly find a lot of this information out online (except if you're trying to figure out how to create a Canna-Company, that is absolutely unavailable still) or you can just pay for the short-cuts and if I had this option back then, I certainly would've taken it. The time-value of money and opportunity costs are very real concepts and it's almost always better to spend money upfront to make 10x or more in the future, faster.

I've acquired so much knowledge over the span of my life so we can literally talk just about anything. I purchased my first property at 27. I own 5 units now and 3 of them I have listed on Airbnb (Yes, I'm a super host). I'm an excellent money manager and budgeter. I'm a real estate developer, an actress, a children's book author, a TV/Film writer & producer, a multi-million dollar business owner. I also graduated cum laude from The University of Florida and suma cum laude from the school of hard knocks (lol).
